Refunds and returns

I would like a refund for some products. How can I do?

At Sinnola, we're firmly committed to offering you solutions that will bring peace and tranquility back to your home. We're so confident in the transformative power of our products that we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. However, if your peace of mind is not restored after this initial 14-day period.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at  support@sinnola.com and we'll proceed to the reimbursement 


I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I change it?

Once your order has been placed, it goes straight into our preparation and dispatch process. Consequently, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel your order directly on our site.

However, if you realize an error after placing your order, we invite you to contact us immediately by email or via our contact form on our website. Our customer service team will do its utmost to help you and find a solution adapted to your situation.

However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be modified, as this depends on the stage of preparation and dispatch of your order. Thank you for your understanding.
 

Have you received a damaged item?


We take the utmost care to pack our products meticulously, but it can sometimes happen that an accident occurs during transport. If your product shows any defects or physical damage (we're not just talking about damage to the packaging, but to the product itself), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage to support@sinnola.com, and we will assess whether you are entitled to a free replacement.

As far as shipping and delivery are concerned, we do our utmost to ensure prompt delivery, but problems may arise during transport, whether due to courier problems, customs deductions or other shipping-related issues. In the event of delivery problems, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed packages.


I would like to return products. How can I do?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns because we do not retain stock. However, if a product is lost or damaged, we will process a reimbursement as mentioned above. If your are not satisifed with the product, we will offer you the product for free if you asked for the reimbursement before 14 days after receiving the product.
